Victoria Montserrat (1957) is a renowned producer of classical music events in Europe.
Before becoming a music consultant and producer, she was a young violinist who studied with the great violinist Xavier Turull i Creixells (a pupil of Yehudi Menuhin and Pau Casals) and Antònia Pich i Santasusana her piano teacher.
Both of them, as well as giving her a great music education, guided her to start a successful career as a manager.
She has organized concerts throughout Europe in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom, and has had the chance to organize several projects with institutions such as the London Symphony Orchestra, and in prestigious halls including Musikverein, Concertgebouwn and Royal Albert Hall.
In the last decade she has been dedicating her time and knowledge to her passion, discovering young talent (or as she says: the Stars of the Future).
In 2016 she founded the Music Association "Montserrat"; which aims to help and promote young musicians, and organizes the Festival "Virtuosos on Stage".
She is member of the jury and Artistic Director in several International Music Competitions.
Together with her colleagues and renowned musicians, they have created a collaborative exchange program in order to help Young Artists to make their dreams come true by giving them the chance of recording CDs, performing solo recitals or having their debut with orchestras across Europe.
She currently lives with her daughter, the violinist Laia Montserrat, and two dogs Nina (a Maltese) and Lily (a Chihuahua).
